Exercise carries risk. STATIONS is not medical advice —
read this before you train.
Pick a format, tell it what kit you have, and it builds a balanced full-body session and runs the clock for you.
A voice that knows where you are in the session — which round, what is coming, how long is left. Tap one to hear it.
It stays quiet through the last few seconds of every interval, so the countdown beeps still mean something. The 🗣️ button during a session mutes it entirely.
The camera only wakes for stations it can count, a few seconds before each one, and switches off again the moment the interval ends. It is off through every rest, every hold and every machine station.
Nothing leaves your phone. The video is never recorded, never uploaded and never sent to your training partner — it is read frame by frame on the device and thrown away. What gets saved is a number. Loading the model needs a connection the first time; everything else about the app still works with the wifi off.

Paste a SoundCloud or Mixcloud link. No account, no sign-in — yours or anyone else’s.
SoundCloud playlist — a different track at every station, dropped into partway so you skip the intro. Mixcloud mix — one continuous DJ set, and if the uploader added a tracklist you’ll see what’s playing. Needs internet; everything else works offline.
One link, one join, good for half an hour. They get these exact stations — and your clock runs both screens.
One email when it launches. Nothing else, ever.
Tap the ⇄ on any station to swap that exercise for another one that trains the same pattern. Screen stays awake during the session where the browser allows it.
Nice work. Here's what you just did.
Transparent PNG. The code goes to stations.fit — more colour the more you train.
A few quick ones, so the sessions fit you. You can skip this and change it any time.
Just for your own screen. Your icon is built from the name — same name, same creature.
Leave a body part alone if it's fine. Go easy means we'll still use it, just rarely. Avoid means we won't program it at all.
This rules out the movements that need room, or that your downstairs neighbours would hear.
This only gates complexity — snatches and man makers shouldn't turn up in week one.
Bodyweight is always in. Turn on whatever else you can actually reach.
Only used to keep your week honest — it never nags you and it never locks a session. Leave it blank if your week is not that shape.
Kept on this device only — nothing is uploaded and there is no account.
